      Map International has implemented satellite images management and processing projects of the majority of satellites like SPOT, Landsat, IRS, IKONOS, QuickBird, GeoEye, WorldView, Pleiades, MODIS and ASTER
      Map International has produced Forest Maps for four districts of Greece, covering an area of more than 20.000km². For the digitizing we used stereo-pairs of the aerial images of 1945 and not orthophotomaps in order to obtain more accurate results and save time regarding editing and corrections.
      Map International, within the framework of the project, has created an IT e-Urban Planning system, resulting from the establishment of a Spatial Urban Planning Data Base, up to the level of town blocks for the areas within approved Town Plans, in accordance with current planning legislation.
