GEO-CRADLE participated in the INSPIRE Conference 2018, organized from 18 to 21 September in Antwerp, Belgium, by the European Commission, The Netherlands and Belgium.

GEO-CRADLE Project Coordinator gave an oral presentation on Friday 21 September in the Session: International Cooperation GEO-CRADLE Project Coordinator Dr Haris Kontoes will give a presentation on “Coordinating and Integrating EO Activities in North Africa, Middle East, and Balkans. Accelerating the Development of Links with GEO / GEOSS / Copernicus and INSPIRE initiatives”.

Additionally, on Wednesday 19 September Ms. Alexia Tsouni gave a presentation on “The contribution of GEO – CRADLE to EuroGEOSS and INSPIRE through the coordination and integration of EO Activities in North Africa, Middle East, and Balkans” in the Session “EuroGEOSS – Tailoring Earth Observation services to Europe’s needs”, chaired by Ms. Marjan van Meerloo – European Commission.
